The goal of the ‘Work in Poland’ programme is to reinforce the skills and effectiveness of non-governmental organisations providing services for the labour market, particularly in the use of information technology. The ‘Work in Poland’ programme is carried out by the Foundation for Social and Economic Initiatives (FISE), under the auspices of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation.

--> Undoing unemployment

The purpose of the program “Undoing Unemployment” is development of the market of employment services through supporting the institutions of the labour market, in particular, non-governmental organizations operating in this area. In the successive editions (2001 - 2006) , this support assumed different forms: training, consultancy, grant competitions and methodological studies.

The program "Work in Poland is implemented by the Foundation of Social and Economic Initiatives by order of Polish-American Freedom Foundation.

The website bezrobocie.org.pl is dedicated to organizations, which provide services on the labour market, such as: employment agency, professional consultancy, training and other support. This website includes studies in the scope of methodology, characteristics of various social groups, results of quantitative and qualitative research, examples of good practices, recommended literature, and many other things.
